Why am I getting a message that says "Security Warning"?

The full message is Security Warning   Macros have been disabled. 

That setting acknowledges the presence of a macro-enabled file with notification. The notification allows the user to trust the macro without having to change security settings.

Simply click the button that says Enable Content. Then, restart the macro.

No further actions are required to run ProjectFlightDeck.
