Using the most recent developments in Earned Schedule analysis, the Task Performance Analyzer identifies where schedule problems exist, detects gaps between planned activities and actual results, and highlights specific tasks that are at risk and require immediate attention.  The output of the analysis is displayed in graphs, tables, and text--all in an Excel™ file for easy access. Armed with this information, the Project Manager can act quickly to bring the schedule back on track.
