Testimonials

ProjectFlightDeck welcomes feedback on our products and services. Here is a selection of comments we have received.

My impression of [ProjectFlightDeck's] cloud app--1) simple to use, 2) data source independent, 3) clear unambiguous results, 4) whets the user appetite for the advanced capabilities coming...and 5) has all of the global ability to share between project components. MAGNIFICENT!!

- Walt Lipke, creator of Earned Schedule

I learned about the practice and use of Earned Schedule (ES) from its developer, Walt Lipke, and I sought to practice this method in my projects....I learned of Project Flight Deck, and I started using the tool to track my project progress. It gave me all the elements I needed to better monitor and control the project.  The tool enabled me to better provide status reports to senior leadership and project stakeholders.  The tool [has] made me so happy and satisfied that I [am] recommending it.

I have been coaching a Project Manager to improve the rigor of project planning, monitoring and control. By leveraging the output of your tool, I have been able to obtain the desired attention, both from the individual and her supervisor, since Project Flight Deck brings an objective view to the project plan via the popular adage that "if you can measure it, you can manage it." This is also changing the tone of the crucial conversation which was previously in a state of denial.

Thanks for making my job easier by an order of magnitude. Keep up the great work.

In our move to Earned Schedule reporting, we wanted to automate the process of generating summarized weekly reports from the project schedule. The report needed to contain schedule tracking information. We are happy with the stock ES,  SV(t), and SPI(t) included ... for this purpose.

Thank you for your ... analysis and recommendations.  Your insights have helped me gain a better understanding of Earned Value, and I believe “Earned Schedule” using tools such as yours has the potential to help us better manage our projects.
