Subscription Service: ProjectFlightDeck is available as a subscription service in the cloud.

CloudES Express: For just $8.25 a month, with the first month free, individuals can create Projects, set up Runs, and view/print/download reports. All of the basic Earned Schedule metrics are present: ES, SVt, SPIt, EACt, and TSPI. On top of this, a growing list of canned Excel reports are available, starting with the Earned Schedule Burndown Report.

CloudES: You have all of the capability of Express, plus additional features. Enterprises, PMOs, and large Programs and Projects can organize work on schedule risk management, support collaboration across teams, and create and share Projects, Runs, and Reports.

For a monthly fee of $19.97 and the first month free, Members can set up separate or shared Organizations and invite Associates to join them. For $5.97 a month and the first month free, each Associate can create Projects, Runs, and Reports in whatever Organization(s) they've been assigned.

With CloudES and CloudES Express, you have access to the ProjectFlightDeck environment, 24/7 availability, encrypted communication, and secure data storage. You can use ProjectFlightDeck's on-line resources and connect with other Earned Schedule practitioners through our blog.

And, you are free from buying, installing, and maintaining software.

Quick Start: To assist you in implementing Earned Schedule in your organization, ProjectFlightDeck offers a free half-day Proof of Concept and a commissioned, five-day Quick Start.

The Proof of Concept demonstrates the value of Earned Schedule and the capabilities of our cloud application. We use source material from your organization and present results specifically for your enterprise.

Once you have decided to proceed, the Quick Start package leverages our experience to accelerate implementation of Earned Schedule and ProjectFlightDeck in your enterprise. Pricing depends on the size of your enterprise but starts at $995 (US). You receive written manuals, on-line training, and consulting.

Additional support is available through our on-line Earned Schedule practitioners' information hub as well as more traditional in-person consulting.
