Earned Schedule (ES) was introduced in March 2003. ES provides schedule performance metrics for project control. The metrics accurately reflect current schedule performance and its likely outcome.

I’m one of the speakers. My topic is Act Fast, Think Fast: Agile Schedule Performance. There are seven other speakers, notably Walt Lipke, the creator of ES, and Keith Heitzman, the controls manager for NASA’s Artemis Project.

The webinar will be broadcast twice, starting at 1:00pm on the 8th March Sydney time, and then 11:00am New York time, and run for approximately 4 hours. The presentations will be made available to delegates for review shortly after the webinar concludes.
